Spartanburg Community Thanksgiving Service

Each year, The Spartanburg County Foundation sponsors the Spartanburg Community Thanksgiving Service. This service brings together clergy and individuals from numerous churches and denominations throughout the County, to raise proceeds for a named charitable organization that focuses on family services, health services, at-risk youth, hunger, food, and/or shelter. In 2000, the Foundation began matching the offerring collection, and since that time, over $128,000 has been raised for Spartanburg County nonprofits.
A reception will be held in the banquet hall at Mount Moriah Baptist Church immediately following the service.
