The Spartanburg County Foundation supports a wide variety of projects which clearly provide innovative responses to address the goals and/or priorities set forth by the Spartanburg Community Indicators Project, specifically in the areas of education, arts and culture, environment and historic preservation, health and human services, and recreation and youth.

Each year, the Foundation sets an unrestricted grant budget to award funding to nonprofit/tax exempt organizations and institutions providing services to the residents of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

All competitive grants for 2011 have been awarded.
