Attendance is a prerequisite for

proposal submission.

Online applications have been

implemented

for 2012 to streamline the process.

 

Grants are made to nonprofit organizations

serving Spartanburg County in five core areas:

Arts and Culture, Education, Health, Environment, and

Human Services .

 

Priority is given to programs that : leverage funding sources;

effect or resulting effect on large target populations; and

utilize volunteer participation
